Aneena, nationally recognized Queen of Double Veil

I (Qadria) met Aneena at Rakkasah in 1999 and was dazzled by her energy, her generosity, and her double veils. When Aneena heard I was from North Carolina, she said, "Why don't you let me come out there and teach a workshop for you?" and the rest is history. She taught our first two Shimmy Souths in 2000 and 2001, and she has attended every one since, always bringing her luscious silk veils to vend and spin, plus her generous spirit and fun-lovin' personality. She's just a delight.
